All Natural Home Made Ice Cream For Ice Cream Lovers: Only Three Ingredients
It may seem surprising, but the recipe for a very delicious and all natural home made ice cream wasn't found in a cook book. The Cure For All Diseases, a book by Hulda Regehr Clark, Ph.d., N.D., stresses the need to avoid commercially processed foods no matter the "all natural" claims that may appear on the labels. Dr. Clark shares an extremely easy and simple recipe for ice cream with her readers.
According to the author, although not found in the list of ingredients, "Ice creams from the grocery store are loaded with benzene and other solvents" (Hulda Regehr Clark, Ph.D., N.D., The Cure for All Diseases[San Diego, CA: New Century Press, 1995], 522). Benzene is one of the most dangerous substances that contaminates a large portion of America's food supply and has been directly linked to the development of HIV (Clark 36).
Fortunately, an all natural ice cream can be made easily and quickly using only a blender. All that's needed are 2 half pints of whipping cream, 1 package of frozen strawberries (approximately 10 oz.), and 1/2 cup of honey. Unless the blender to be used is heavy duty or of commercial grade, it's advisable to allow the strawberries to first thaw. Of course fresh fruit can also be used.
The thawed or fresh strawberries are placed in the blender first. Next, the whipping cream is poured over the fruit. Finally, the honey is poured into the blender and all is blended just until there's a consistent mixture. The all naturalice cream is then poured into a plastic container and covered with a lid. Other fruits can be used to make this ice cream. Frozen or fresh cherries, blueberries and even pineapple also make a most delicious and healthy ice cream. No ingredients other than the fruit, the whipping cream and the honey should be used in the ice cream to ensure that it remains healthy.
There are other ways to spruce up the recipe even more. A few whole pieces of the chosen fruit can be kept out of the blender and stirred in just before the ice cream is frozen. Those who enjoy walnuts, cashews, almonds or pecans can also stir them in just before the ice cream is set.
The good thing about this recipe is that it doesn't require an ice cream machine nor does it call for milk, half and half, sugar, or raw eggs which can be dangerous. It's simple and easy enough to be prepared by children for the whole family. Another advantage to home made ice cream is that each member of the family can have this treat just the way he or she likes it.
Although home cooking always requires more time and dedication, the health advantages are well worth it not to mention the economical ones. Fortunately, many Americans are learning that disease and cancer will prevail despite modern medicine and cruel and unnecessary medical research which inflicts torture on animals. Why? Because not even the greatest doctors can change the health requirements that God dictated for the body.
