Beware of the Great Awakening in the Toltec Prophecies by Don Miguel Ruiz

One of the most disturbing things about Toltec Prophecies of Don Miguel Ruiz by Mary Carroll Nelson is Mr. Ruiz's attempt to align Toltec wisdom and predictions with the prophecies of the Holy Bible and the teachings of Jesus Christ. So few people, including Christians, know God's Word (the Bible), that it's easy to deceive them, especially if they're looking for messages that line up with what they want to hear anyway. Let's make very brief and easy-to-understand comparisons among the Toltec prophecies of Don Miguel Ruiz, the teachings of Jesus Christ and the prophecies of the Christian Bible:

According to Toltec wisdom, "We are God who dreams that we're not God." We read in the Christian Bible, "The serpent said unto the woman...'God knows that in the day you eat thereof...you will be as gods'" (Genesis 3:4-5). The Bible reveals that the serpent is Satan (Revelation 20:2). Right here we see that Toltec wisdom is revealed as satanic wisdom, because Toltec wisdom says the very same thing that Satan said. And who is Satan? He is the devil. And what did Jesus tell us about the devil? He said the devil "is a liar" (St. John 8:44). But there's something else of which Christ warns us: Satan is a murderer! We read, "He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him" (St. John 8:44). To attempt to align the teachings of Jesus with Toltec wisdom and Toltec Prophecies of Don Miguel Ruiz is nothing short of deception. Notice how in the garden of Eden the serpent (Satan) tells Eve that by disobeying God, her eyes will be opened. Yes, they were opened to the truth that what God said was true: That if they ate from the forbidden tree, they would surely die. Is it not true that absolutely everyone dies? We know that it is.

We read, "The serpent said unto the woman, 'Ye shall not surely die. For God knows that in the day you eat from it, your eyes shall be opened, and you shall be as gods...'" (Genesis 3:4-5). That same diabolical voice is speaking through Toltec Prophecies of Don Miguel Ruiz. According to Toltec wisdom, people are gods, awaiting a great awakening. According to the Christian Bible, the serpent told man he would become a god by disobeying God. He told mankind that his eyes would be opened. This is the same thing as saying he'd experience a great awakening. But who was lying, and who was telling the truth? Again, everybody dies. That is the truth. That is what God said would happen...and it did happen...and it continues to happen. And no one can stop it. There is absolutely nothing Christian about the teachings in Toltec Prophecies of Don Miguel Ruiz and Toltec wisdom. They do not reflect the teachings of Jesus Christ. They are in no way related to the prophecies of the Holy Bible. Jesus Christ and the Bible are mentioned in order to deceive you into thinking they are Christian.
