Support Bone Health and Healthy Joints with Glucosamine, Chondroitin and Calcium Combinations

So what are those six natural supplements? They are glucosamine, chondroitin, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin D3. We are familiar with Family Wellness brand of Glucosamine and Chondroitin. The double strength formula informs that these natural substances “support healthy joints and cartilage.” The instructions say to take one tablet three times per day, preferably with meals. People with weak digestion were not able to take three tablets per day. However, they noticed results taking only one tablet per day. We also support bone health, healthy joints and cartilage taking calcium, magnesium and zinc. Sundown Naturals is one brand of which we know that offers these three nutrients combined in one pill. Often the instructions are to take a pill three times per day with meals. Caution: Again, some people have “weak” digestion, and are unable to handle three pills per day. However, support for bone health has been obtained in cases where as little as one half of one pill was taken daily with food. Finally, sufficient vitamin D3 is also essential for supporting bone health. Excellent results have been obtained with Rexall brand. Each softgel may contain twice the recommended daily allowance (RDA), in which case some people choose to take only one softgel every other day.
Be patient, and allow the supplements to work. Consider other factors that you might need to work on such as obesity, strain on your joints, smoking, unhealthy diet, lack of exercise, stress, over exposure to WiFi etc. Also, heed the general warning statement that appears on labels, which reads something like:
“If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications, including blood thinners, or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur.”
Combined with a healthy lifestyle, glucosamine, chondroitin, calcium, magnesium, zinc, and vitamin D3 have brought wonderful relief in the need to support bone health, healthy joints and cartilage.
